Refund policy

At Palmé Atelier, we do not accept returns or offer refunds; we only allow exchanges on eligible ready-to-wear items within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, free of stains or damage, and returned in their original packaging with tags attached. To request an exchange, email us at info@palmeatelier.co with your order number and reason, and our team will respond within 1–2 business days with instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and exchanges are subject to availability. All swimwear purchases, including the Coconut Collection, are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
