At Palmé Atelier, every piece is thoughtfully crafted to meet the highest standards of design, quality, and fit. Due to the nature of our collections and our commitment to exclusivity, we do not offer returns—only exchanges on eligible items.

Please note: All swimwear purchases—including those from our Coconut Collection—are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstance.

Exchange Policy

We accept exchanges on eligible ready-to-wear items within 7 days of receiving your order. To qualify for an exchange, the item must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Free of any stains, scents, or damage

  • Returned in its original packaging with tags attached

We reserve the right to deny any exchange that does not meet these criteria.

How to Request an Exchange

To initiate an exchange, please email us at info@palmeatelier.co with your order number and reason for exchange. Our team will get back to you within 1–2 business days with further instructions and eligibility confirmation.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Exchanges are subject to availability.

  • We do not offer refunds, only exchanges
